* JD Macdonald Surface Mounted unit (10-6462-9) is supplied with a surface mounted collar (skirt) to convert to surface mounting
* Two tumbler locks keyed alike to other JD Macdonald washroom products for ease of servicing
* Locked doors prevent unauthorized access or removal of towels and waste bin
* Removable waste bin features rolled edge finger hole for easy removal and servicing
